Doris Jean Taylor Williams
She entered fully into the presences of her Lord and Savior on November 13, 2025 at the age of 82 years, 9 months, and 30 days.
She was born on January 14, 1943 to the late Earl and Mary Lavern Taylor.
She was a member of the Peace Tree United Methodist Church where she attended worship as well as worked with the United Methodist Women.
In her younger years, she served as a youth leader in the UMYF at St. James UMC. She was a girl scout leader where she enjoyed camping. She also was a member of the Parkway Village garden club for many years. In her last years, she enjoyed playing and visiting with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
To cherish her memory, she leaves behind 3 daughters: Patti Hopper of Memphis (Ken), Cheryl Doo of Atoka (Dwayne), and Michelle Angarita of Orlando (Jose). 8 grandchildren: Kenny Hopper, Matthew Ludwig, Taylor Ludwig, Garrett Doo, Hunter Doo, Kahlea Moore, Alexander Angarita, and Aidan Angarita. 4 great-grandchildren: Max Hopper, Lilly Ludwig, Ashton Ludwig, and Christian Ludwig. Her brother Joe Taylor and many nieces and nephews
She was preceded in death by her husband Tommie Williams, her parents; Earl and Mary Laverne Taylor, and her brother James Taylor
