Dorothy L. Prochnow

Dorothy L. Prochnow departed this life on Thursday, May 30, 2013, at the age of 92 years, 1 month, 10 days.She was born in Savannah, Tennessee on April 20, 1921, the daughter of the late Noah and Mary Stricklin. On January 5, 1952, she was united in marriage to Fred H. Prochnow. He preceded her in death on February 2, 2005. Mrs. Prochnow was a member of the Olivet Cumberland Presbyterian Church, and she loved her cats and her flowers.She is survived by her son, Charles F. Prochnow of Brownsboro, Alabama; daughter, Mary Ann Willis of Ft. Walton, Florida; grandchildren, Joel Willis and Danielle Couch; great grandchildren, Dakota and JC Couch.In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, J.D. Stricklin.
