Henderson, TN: Dorris Perry, age 77, passed away February 15, 2010 at his home in Henderson.
He was born and reared in the Martin, TN area, the son of the late Elwood and Cleo Gaylord Perry. He moved to Henderson in the early 50’s and was married to Jeannie Haggard. They made their home in Henderson. He worked at Quality Manufacturing working on shoe last. Jeannie died in 1984. Dorris worked in maintenance at Jackson General Hospital until his retirement in 2000. He married Glenda Fenimore in 1984 and they made their home in Henderson. He was a member of the First Church of The Nazarene in Dexter, MO.
He is survived by his wife, Glenda May Corlew Perry of Henderson, a son, Randle Fenimore and wife Joyce of Henderson and two daughters, Rhonda Batsuk of Nashville and Jennifer Henry and husband Jason of Henderson; 6 grandchildren and a sister, Ruth Harton of Lansing, MI.
