Dwaine G. Deaton

Dwaine G. Deaton was born July 27, 1951 in Corinth, Mississippi the son of the late A. R. and Sarah Elizabeth Rickman Deaton.He was united in marriage to Brenda Mitchell on July 11, 1974.Mr. Deaton was employed as a calendar operator for Intex/Mississippi Polymers in Corinth, where he had worked for 40 years. He was a faithful member of the Acton church of Christ. Mr. Deaton loved farming, camping, traveling, and riding his grandchildren around on his side-by-side. Mr. Deaton departed this life on May 5, 2011 in Tupelo, Mississippi at the age of 59 Years, 9 Months, 8 Days. He is survived by his wife of 36 years, Brenda (Mitchell) Deaton of Michie, TN; two daughters, Jennifer Raburn and husband Tommy of Michie, TN and Jessica Deaton of Savannah, TN; two grandchildren, Jacy Raburn and Hailey Raburn, both of Michie, TN; a brother, Russell Deaton and wife Norma of Tupelo, MS; and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends. In addition to his parents, Mr. Deaton was preceded in death by four brothers, Maury Deaton, Neal Deaton, Jimmy Deaton, and Kenneth Deaton.
