Edith Moser

Edith Franks Moser was born November 2, 1939 in Hardin County, Tennessee the daughter of the late Ed and Annie Belle Hurley Franks. Mrs. Moser departed this life Monday,August 8, 2011at Wayne County Nursing Home at the age of 71 Years, 9 Months, 6 Days. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Moser was preceded in death by her husband, Robert E. (Pop) Moser; a sister, Evelyn Smith; a brother, Enos Franks. She was formerly employed as a seamstress at Hickory Hills Manufacturing in Clifton, a homemaker, and a member of the Baptist Church. She is survived by son, Chuck Moser and wife Heather of Waynesboro, TN; three daughters, Vicky Eaton and husband Travis of Waynesboro, TN, Kay Williams and companion Tommy Stricklin of Walnut Grove, TN, Christy Moser and companion Donald Franks of Clifton, TN; grandchildren, Holly, Cory, Chelsey, and Robert Moser, and Abby Williamsa sister, Joyce Casteel of Savannah, TN; Services will be Wednesday, August 10, 2011 at 1:00 PM at Shackelford Funeral Chapel in Waynesboro, Tennessee, with Carroll Littrell and Jeff Davis officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Hebron Cemetery with Shackelford Funeral Directors in charge.
