Edra Basham Barnette

Edra Barnette was born December 28, 1951 in Horse Branch, KY the daughter of Maxine Gladys Goff Basham and the late Edgar Harold Basham and grew up mostly in Downers Grove Illinois. She was united in marriage to Bennie Robert (Bob) Barnette on May 24, 1991 and made her home in Melrose Park Illinois until moving to the Deanburg Community of Chester County in 2000. Mrs. Barnette was a Customer Service Rep for Lowes in South Jackson . She was a member of the Bethel Baptist Church near Chickasaw State Park. She was an avid reader and truly enjoyed spending time with her family.

Mrs. Barnette departed this life on September 19, 2015 in Jackson, Tennessee at the age of 63 Years, 8 Months, 22 Days.

She is survived by her husband Bennie Robert (Bob) Barnette of Henderson, TN; three daughters, Meaqan Barnette of Henderson, TN, Tamara Jo Mejdrich of Charleston, IL, Danielle Basson of Las Vegas, NV; three sons, Edgar Flowers of Westmont, IL, Glenn Allen Barnette of New Hope , AL, David Barnette of Las Vegas, NV; a sister, Rhonda Kay Louck of Westmont, IL; a brother, Gerald Basham of Westmont Il; six grandchildren, Austin Mejdrich, Drew Mejdrich, Tiffany Mejdrich, Nina Caprio, Aiden Flowers, Lucas Barnette.

In addition to her father, Mrs. Barnette was preceded in death by a sister, Beverly J Glinski; and a brother, Patrick Basham .
