Edward Milton Armstrong

Edward Milton Armstrong, age 63 of Cordova, passed away Thursday, May 3, 2012 at Baptist East Memorial Hospital in Memphis.
Born April 5, 1949 to the late Walter Boyce and Frances Pauline Armstrong, Mr. Armstrong grew up and lived in Bolivar for most of his life where he was a member of New Union Baptist Church. He graduated from Bolivar Central High and the University of Tennessee at Martin. He was employed at Armstrong Transportation and Trailers, LLC as a Logistics Coordinator.
Surviving Mr. Armstrong is his daughter, Shelley Armstrong Garner of Bolivar; two sons, Chad Armstrong and wife Nicole of Sparta and Blake Armstrong and wife Haley of Oakland; a sister, Cathy Gillem of Medon; and a brother, Jerry Armstrong of Toone. He is also survived by a granddaughter, Chloe Grace Russell of Sparta.
