Edward G. Franzen

EDWARD G. FRANZENwas born January 28, 1931 in Chicago, Illinois son of the late Mathias and Margaret Boeker Franzen.On April 19, 1952 he married the former Rosalie Hund.Mr. Franzen was an insurance agent for the Prudential Insurance Company.He was a member of the St. Mary's Catholic Church; he was also a member of Knights of Columbus. He was an Army Veteran.Mr. Franzen departed from this life November 18th at the age of 77 years, 9 months, and 21 days.He leaves other than his wife, Rosalie of Adamsville, Tennessee,three daughters - Carol Sitkowski - Villa Park, Illinois, Eileen Stephens - Fairview Heights, Illinois, and Patricia Harris - Summerville, South Carolina.Four sons - Ken Franzen - Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Mike Frazen - Sewickley, Pennsylvania, Tim Franzen - Inverness, Illinois, and David Franzen - Tucson, Arizona.12 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.He was preceded in death by 2 children, three brothers - Bernard, John, and Eugene and 1 sister - Rosemary Ruppert.
