Edward Lee Johnson

Edward Lee Johnson was born February 10, 1942 in Lutts, TN. The son of the late David and Etta Bratton Johnson.

Mr. Johnson was united in marriage to Sandra Kay Smith on May 4, 1963. Mrs. Johnson preceded him in death on November 21, 2007. He was a member of the West Shiloh Baptist Church in Stantonville, Tennessee. He was a farmer most of his life. Edward had worked for Brown Shoe Company and had also ran a grocery store in Stantonville for many years.

Mr. Johnson departed this life on June 29, 2020 in Memphis, Tennessee at the age of 78 Years, 4 Months, 19 Days.

He is survived by two sons, Stanley Edward Johnson and wife Amanda of Michie, TN, David Anthony Johnson and wife Dana of Stantonville, TN; six grandchildren: Dustin, Casey, Macey, Riley, Maddie and Zach Johnson; two brothers, Elbert Johnson and wife Betty of Iuka, MS, Larry Johnson and wife Belinda of Shiloh, TN; and a host of nieces and nephews.

In addition to his wife and parents, Mr. Johnson was preceded in death by three sisters: Dorothy Johnson, Marie DeBerry, Glenda DeBerry; three brothers: Gary Johnson, Doyle Johnson, Teddy Johnson.
