Elaine Elliott

Elaine Elliott, a beloved daughter, wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, passed away peacefully on October 23, 2025, in Crump, Tennessee, at the age of 78. Born on November 7, 1946, in the Laurel Hill Community of Chester County, TN, she was the cherished daughter of the late Lawrence and Pearl Ferguson Wilson.

On October 28, 1983, Elaine entered into a loving marriage with Garry T. Elliott, who sadly preceded her in death on July 22, 2018. Together, they created a warm and loving home filled with laughter and memories that will forever be treasured.

Known for her vibrant spirit, Elaine dedicated many years to the restaurant business, where she formed lasting connections with those around her. She found joy in the simple pleasures of life, whether it was putting together puzzles, watching Westerns with her great-grandchildren, or caring for her sweet dog, Juliet, who was by her side through many cherished moments.

A devoted member of the First Christian Church in Selmer, Elaine lived her life with kindness and faith, leaving an indelible mark on the lives of those fortunate enough to know her.

She is survived by her son, Kevin Smith and wife Freda of Adamsville, TN; her daughter, Kimberly Smith Reynolds of Crump, TN; two grandsons, Cody Smith and wife Lisa, and Chris Reynolds and wife Alyssa; two step-grandsons, Bart Gladish and wife Pam, Bret Gladish and wife Julie; great-grandchildren Greyson and Aubrie Reynolds, and Cora Smith; step-great-grandchildren, Cade, Reese, and Brady Gladish; her brother, Guy Wilson and wife Billie; special nephew, Greg Wilson and wife Carol; and a host of extended family and friends who will miss her dearly.

Elaine's life will be held in remembrance of her warmth, generosity, and the love she shared with everyone around her. Her spirit will continue to shine brightly in the hearts of all who knew her.
