Mrs. Cole passed away Friday evening at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital.
The widow of Bud Cole, who died on April 29, 1979, she was a homemaker. She was born in Lexington to Duncan and Cora Roberts and lived in Bolivar for 26 years prior to moving to Jackson. She was a member of Lexington First Baptist Church.
Survivors include a daughter, Carolyn Cole of Baton Rouge, LA; a son and his wife, Danny and Molly Cole of Jackson; a daughter in law, Beth Cole of Jackson; 11 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; and three brothers, James Roberts and his wife, Gay, Paul Roberts and his wife, Betty and John L. Roberts and his wife ClaraFaye, all of Lexington. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by a son, Gary Stanford Cole and a brother, Howard Roberts.
