Ella Mae Martin was born August 4, 1941 in Selmer, TN the daughter of the late James Elmer Sweat Sr. and Nettie Jewel Clifton Sweat.
She departed this life on August 3, 2020 at her home in Stantonville, Tennessee at the age of 78 Years, 11 Months, 30 Days.
Ella loved spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
She is survived by a son, Chris Martin and wife Lisa of Stantonville, TN; three grandchildren: Brandon Martin and wife Evelyn of Michie, TN, Sarah Teague and husband Blake of Selmer, TN, Kasey Doggett and husband Marcus of Offenhausen, Germany; a sister, Evelyn Jones; and a brother, Paul David Sweat both of Adamsville, TN; and three great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Martin is preceded in death by her husband, William Franklin Martin; daughter, Lisa Buono; three sisters and two brothers.
