Elma Love departed this life on Saturday, September 30, 2017, at the age of 97 years, 11 months, and 21 days. She was born in Hardin County, Tennessee on October 9, 1919, the daughter of the late Irvin and Mindia McDonald McCasland. On August 29, 1947, she was united in marriage to Charlie Love, who preceded her in death on April 1, 1995.
Elma was a homemaker and a member of the Mountain View Church of Christ.
She is survived by her children, Wanda Prater and Ronnie Love; grandchildren, Daniel Bannan, Joy Clemens, Sam Prater, and Trent Prater; and great grandchildren, Alex Bannan, Jon Alt Clemens, CharliAnne Clemens, and Jake Prater.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Edgar, Paul, Melrose, Earl, Sidney, and Andy McCasland; and sisters, Lizzie McCasland and Berta Davidson.
