Elsie Eleanor Lawhead

ELSIE ELEANOR LAWHEADwas born in Abington, Pennsylvania on February 17, 1918 the daughter of the late James T. and Gertrude Mullin Mudd.In January of 1940 she was united in marriage to Bernard Milton Lawhead, who preceded his wife in death on February 3, 1969.Mrs. Lawhead was a retired secretary for Boeing. She departed this life on May 14, 2011 in Savannah, Tennessee at the age of 93 years, 2 months and 27 days.Mrs. Lawhead is survived by one son, Robert Raymond Lawhead and his wife Karen of Cocoa, Florida and one daughter, Janet Mae Kelly of Savannah, Tennessee6 grandchildren, Phil Kelly, Kim Benson, Cindy Walker, Mike Lawhead, Scott Lawhead and Brett Lawhead12 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildrenIn addition to her parents and her husband she was also preceded in death by one sister, Nancy Taylor and 2 brothers, Thomas and James Mudd.
