Mrs. Taylor died Saturday at Magnolia Hospital in Corinth, Miss.
She was born in Humboldt and had lived in Pocahontas since 1982. She owned and operated her own canine kennel and was the widow of James Oliver Taylor who died December 30, 1991. She was also preceded in death by her son, James Anthony Taylor on November 21, 1987.
She leaves a son, Danny Taylor and his wife, Kim of Pocahontas; three sisters, Beatrice Moore of Pocahontas, Margie Holmes of Jackson and Diane Taylor of Memphis; two grandchildren, Anthony and Ashley Taylor. In addition to her husband and son, she was also preceded in death by her parents, Eugene and Gertrude Wimple Scarborough; a sister, Laura Scarborough and three brothers, Obed, Richard and David Scarborough.
