Services for Emily Pearl Davis Holt will be Monday, November 16, 2009 at 1:00 PM at Shackelford Funeral Chapel in Waynesboro, Tennessee with Greg Eaton officiating. Burial following in Shields Cemetery with Shackelford Funeral Directors of Wayne County in charge of arrangements.She was born June 24, 1940 in Waynesboro, Tennessee the daughter of the late William Taft and Willie Katherine Lynn Davis. She departed this life Saturday, November 14, 2009 at Baptist Hospital in Nashville, Tennessee at the age of 69 Years, 4 Months, 21 Days. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Nancy Jane Davis; and a brother, William Taft Davis Jr. She was retired from Mueller Gas Products.She is survived by two sons, Nathan Davis and wife Delores and Stephen Holt and wife Candi all of Waynesboro, TN; grandchildren, Cody Wade Davis, William Justin Davis, Cassidy Elisabeth Holt, and Ethan Chase Holt; great-grandchildren, Gabriella Elizabeth Davis and Addyson Paige Davis.
