Emma Daniel Aderhold

Emma Franks Daniel Aderhold was born January 24, 1922 in Wayne Co., Tennessee, the daughter of the late Mack and Mattie Tilley Franks. She was united in marriage to Clifford Elzie Daniel on September 09, 1949 and he preceded her in death on September 11, 1993. She married Iliff Russell (Smokey) Aderhold on April 15, 1996 and he preceded her in death on March 11, 2003.
Mrs. Aderhold was a homemaker and a member of the Butler Grove Freewill Baptist Church in Iron City, Tennessee.
She departed this life on Wednesday, July 22, 2009 at Wayne Care Nursing Home in Waynesboro, Tennessee at the age of 87 Years, 5 Months, 28 Days.
She is survived by two daughters, Margie Brewer and husband, Ronnie of Collinwood, TN, Dorothy Smith and husband, Thomas of Florence, AL; three sons, Coy Daniel of Collinwood, TN, J. C. (Jake) Daniel and wife, Nell and David Earl (Rabbit) Daniel and fiance', Robin Martin of Iron City, TN; grandchildren, Sammy and Jamie Brewer, Christopher, Jeremy, Nicholas, Crystal, Nathan, and Kimberly Daniel; step-grandchildren, T. H. and Eric Smith, Nicholas Sutherland; several great-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren; a brother, J. C. Franks of Lawrenceburg, TN; several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her husbands and parents, Mrs. Aderhold was preceded in death by four infants, three brothers, Ray, Lester, and Robert Franks, and sister, Myrtle Mitchell.
Services will be held on Friday, July 24, 2009 at 3:00 PM at Shackelford Funeral Home Chapel in Collinwood, Tennessee, with Ernest Rich and Tim Hanback officiating. Burial will follow in the Butler Grove Cemetery at Iron City, Tennessee with Shackelford Funeral Directors of Wayne County directing.
Visitation will be Thursday, July 23, 2009 from 7 pm to 9 pm and Friday, July 24, 2009 from 10 am until service time at the funeral home.
