Emmett David Dixe

Emmett David Dixe, Jr. was born May 30, 1950 in Olney, MD the son of the late Emmett David and Lydia Evelyn Dixe.

He was united in marriage to Pamela Larsen on May 3, 1997.

Mr. Dixe was a retired machinist supervisor for Dover/Thyssenkrupp in Middleton, TN. He was a member of the World of Truth Church in Ramer, TN.

He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather and brother. He loved spending time with his family and friends, listening to music, fishing and motorcycles.

Mr. Dixe departed this life on February 7, 2016 in Corinth, Mississippi at the age of 65 Years, 8 Months, 8 Days. He is survived by his wife Pam Dixe of Selmer, TN; four daughters, Ronda Wagoner and husband David, Paula Dixe and companion Bobby McKinney, Deanna Bright and husband Richard, Tiffany Singleton and husband Shane; four sons, David Dixe, Travis Dixe and wife Amy, Timmy Dixe and wife Brandi, Emmett Dixe; a brother, Armand Dixe; two sisters, Linda Banks, Lisa Walls and husband Wayne; thirteen grandchildren, Sharla Teel, Jessica Hicks, Jon-Matthew Wagoner, Chris Walden, Austin Walden, Jr. Hollifield, Colton Bright, Robbie Singleton, Nolan Dixe, Nash Dixe, Addison Dixe, Nathan Dixe, Aiden Dixe; ten great grandchildren, Dallas Teel, Macie Teel, John Robert Hicks, Tyson Walden, Carson Walden, Jake Hollifield, Bryson Walden, Landon Walden, Korbin Hollifield, Ashton Walden; and a host of extended family and friends.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Dixe was preceded in death by a sister, Kathleen Foster.
