Henderson, TN: Erica Anne Cox Hendershot, age 30 passed away July 8, 2013 as results of a motor vehicle accident in Holly Springs, MS.
She was born at Jackson General Hospital and grew up in Henderson the daughter of James Kevin Cox and Jamie Peacock Hurst. She attended Chester County Schools. She would have been a graduate of Cosmetology Hair School in Selmer in September of this year. She was a devoted mother of her two children. She never met a stranger. Erica was a member of the Sanford Hill Baptist Church.
She is survived by her mother, Jamie Peacock Hurst (Martin) of Henderson and her father, Jim Cox of Jackson; a son, Justice Lee Hendershot and a daughter, Jaden Grace Hendershot both of Henderson and three brothers, Dalton Hurst of Henderson, Tyler Joseph Cox and Matthew Shaw Cox both of Jackson.
Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Saturday at Shackelford Funeral Directors – Casey Chapel with Bro. Stacy McCollum officiating and burial will follow in Chester County Memory Gardens.
The family will receive friends at Casey Chapel beginning at 11:00 AM on Saturday until service time.
