Ernest Barham

Ernest Barham was born April 6, 1914 in McNairy County, Tennessee the son of the late Hubert Hardeman and Caroline Barnes Barham.He was united in marriage to Demetra Treece on August 26, 1942. Mrs. Barham preceded him in death on July 2, 2004.Mr. Barham farmed until the late 60's. He then drove a laundry truck and before retiring worked as a custodian at Tri-County Convalescent Home. He was a member of the Good Hope Baptist Church in Adamsville, Tennessee.He lived in the Leapwood area most of his life. Mr. Barham worked hard all of his life, was honest, and never mistreated anyone. He would do anything he could for you and was an easy going person.He is survived by a daughter, Diane Murray and husband Gary of Adamsville, TN; a grandson, Jon Murray and wife Heather of Adamsville, TN. In addition to his wife and parents, Mr. Barham was preceded in death by a sister, Beulah Wagoner.
