Ernest Russell

Ernest Russell of Selmer, TN was born January 31, 1943 in Pocahontas, TN the son of the late Lester and Estelle Lacefield Russell. He was united in marriage to Patricia Ann Huggins on November 23, 1960.

Mr. Russell was a graduate of Ramer High School. He was a retired Adjuster with Shelter Insurance Company and a member of Fourth Street church of Christ in Selmer. He enjoyed hunting and fishing. Ernest departed this life on December 18, 2017 in Jackson, TN at the age of 74 Years, 10 Months, 18 Days.

He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Pat Russell of Selmer, TN; a daughter, Vickie Littlejohn and husband Ronnie of Selmer; two grandchildren, Mistie Littlejohn Hanks and husband Jon and Drake Littlejohn and wife Morgan; two great grandchildren, Lincoln Hanks and Eleanor Hanks; a brother, Daryl Russell of Pocahontas, TN; a brother-in-law, Ronald Huggins; a cousin, John Lacefield; a host of extended family and friends.
