Ernestine Murray Rowland

Ernestine Murray Rowland was born December 23, 1929 in McNairy County, Tennessee the daughter of the late John (Mose) William and Gazelle Boyd McCann.She was a member for over 60 years at Good Hope Baptist church.Mrs. Ernestine Murray Rowland departed this life on August 22, 2009 in Selmer, Tennessee at the age of 79 Years, 7 Months, 30 Days. She is survived by a daughter, Claudette Glastetter of Selmer, TN; a son, Mack Murray of Bethel Springs, TN; five grandchildren, Stacey Baxter, David Hill, Erika Bennett, Bill Murray, Cory Murray; ten great grandchildren, Channing , Cassidy , Emma , Tucker , Dylan , Sturgis , Brooklyn , Ben , Reed , Ashley; a grt-grt-grandchild, Baxter ; two sisters, Colleen Theison of Jerseyville, IL and Gladys McKenzie of Witchfield, IL. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Ernestine Murray Rowland was preceded in death by her first husband, Claude Murray and second husband, Romas Rowland; a son, William Murray; two sisters, Ethel Murray and Ruby Bobo; two brothers, John and Billy McCann.
