KAY FROST

Decaturville, TN: Ethel Kay Isaacs Frost age 74, passed away January 5, 2026, at her home.

She was born May 20, 1951, in Carroll County, the daughter of the late Joseph Richard and Lois Ardell Morris Isaacs. She grew up mostly in TN, though her family were produce-pickers and traveled with the growing seasons. She married Harold Wayne Frost in 2012, and they made their home in Dyersburg for a time before moving to Savannah and then to Lexington, TN. Harold preceded her in death on Jan. 5, 2019.

Mrs. Frost is survived by two daughters, Christina Parker (Neely) of Decaturville, TN and Treana Grissom of Parsons, TN and a son, Ricky Glen Dillard of Florida; four grandchildren, Michael Parker, Jessica Parker, Ashley St. John and Joshua Wayne Pittman, and fifteen great grandchildren; a sister, Joy Sikes of Henderson, TN.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Harold Frost and four sisters, Bertha Burton, Brenda Jones, Linda Furek and Kathleen Isaacs.

Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Saturday January 10, 2026, at Shackelford Funeral Directors - Crook Avenue Chapel with burial at Sanford Roger’s Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at Crook Avenue on Friday from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
