Etta Mae Faulkner was born April 30, 1949 in McNairy County, Tennessee the daughter of the late James Daniel and Ora Lee Forsythe Cobb.
She was united in marriage to Harry Truman Faulkner on December 30, 1975. Mr. Faulkner preceded her in death on July 7, 1983.
Mrs. Faulkner was dedicated to her family - children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. She was a very special lady to her family and friends.
Mrs. Faulkner departed this life on September 20, 2010 in Bethel Springs, Tennessee at the age of 61 Years, 4 Months, 21 Days. She is survived by a daughter, Tammy Lynn Elliott and husband Russell of Bethel Springs, TN; a son, Donald Mitchell and wife Florence of Bethel Springs, TN; two sisters, Bernice L. Faulkner of Alamo, TN, Alice E. Brown of Bethel Springs, TN; two brothers, David A. Cobb of Benton Harbor, MI, James W. Cobb of Bethel Springs, TN; nine grandchildren, Beverly A. Harris, Sonney Elliott, Jessica A. Mitchell, Heather Mitchell, Matthew D. Jones, Faith L. Bizzell, Austin K.S. Bizzell, Graci M. Elliott, Elijah L. Elliott; four great grandchildren, Tristan Harris, Achilles Harris, Haley Gibson, Destiny Mynatt; niece and caretaker, Betty L. Hicks.
In addition to her husband and parents, Mrs. Faulkner was preceded in death by two sons, Ronnie A. Mitchell, Shawn D. Mitchell; a grandchild, Howard F. Duvall; two sisters, Annie L. York, Pauline E. Head; a brother, Billy W. Cobb.
