EVA SMITH

Henderson, TN: Eva Mae Rowland Smith, age 80, passed away November 10, 2025, at Jackson Madison County General Hospital.

She was born July 27, 1945, in Hardeman County, TN the daughter of the late Frederick Marshall and Hilda Marguerite Kiestler Rowland. She married Scotty Smith in 1998, and they made their home in Henderson. Mr. Smith preceded her in death on February 21, 2012.

Eva was a homemaker and a devoted wife and mother, who enjoyed puzzle books and watching murder mysteries.

Mrs. Smith is survived by her daughter, Robin Marie Burnes of Henderson four grandchildren, and four great grandchildren, a sister, Shirley Hatch of Masseyville, TN.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, and a brother, Frederick Rowland.
