EVELYN DORIS SCHLICHER GARRISON
was born in Dayton, Tennessee on March 30, 1929 the daughter of the late Clarence Augustus Schlicher and Cora Ann Burchard Schlicher.
She was united in marriage on June 11, 1945 to Charles Author Garrison, who preceded his wife in death on March 2, 1998.
Mrs. Garrison was a member of The Seventh Day Adventist Church of Savannah, Tennessee. She departed this life on Sunday, November 8, 2009 at the age of 80 years, 7 months and 9 days surrounded by her family at the home of her daughter in Spring Hill, Tennessee.
She is survived by two sons, George (Teri) Garrison of Savannah and Rhea Garrison of Adamsville, Tennessee and two daughters, Linda Tobin of Corona Del Mar, California and Carol (Charles) Raines of Spring Hill, Tennessee and daughter-in-law, Jan Garrison of Harbert Hills, Tennessee. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren.
Other than her parents and husband she was preceded in death by a son Charles Robert Garrison and son-in-law Carl Tobin and two brothers, Robert Schlicher and Ross Schlicher.
