Felecia graduated from McNairy Central High School in 1981. She was a member of the Bethel Springs church of Christ, and enjoyed collecting "I Love Lucy" memorabilia.
Felecia departed this life on November 1, 2017 in Selmer, Tennessee at the age of 54 Years, 2 Months, 14 Days. She is survived by two daughters, Jessica Ballard and husband Zach and Montana Pettigrew, all of Bethel Springs, TN; two grandchildren, Braedon and Avery Ballard; her parents, Don and Carolyn Plunk Hipps of Bethel Springs, TN; and many extended family and friends.
