Flora Ann Austin

FLORA ANN AUSTINwas born in Decatur County, Tennessee on July 24, 1947 the daughter of the late Bernard and Bertie Margaret Montgomery McBride.On June 5, 1981 she was united in marriage to Terry Ray Austin, who preceded his wife in death on February 9, 1991.Mrs. Austin worked for H. I. S. Sportswear and Johnson Controls. She also worked Stanfill\'s Dollar Store at Scotts Hill and M. I. G. in Lexington, Mrs. Austin was a member of Sinners Hope Church. She loved Gospel music, cooking, collecting cookbooks, sewing and quilting. Mrs. Austin departed this life on October 10, 2011 at the age of 64 years, 2 months and 16 days.She is survived by one son, Brad Austin of Reagan, Tennessee2 daughters, Amanda Browder of Decaturville, Tennessee and Andrea Baker of Jackson, Tennessee6 grandchildren, Matthew Austin, Mary Beth Robinson, Sara Tomblin, Felicia Locklear, Lara Austin and Andrew Baker. 3 step great grandchildren, 3 sisters, Phyllis Tubbs of Saltillo, Tennessee, June Gary of Scotts Hill, Tennessee and Glenda McBride of Scotts Hill, Tennessee2 brothers, Robert McBride of Lexington, Tennessee and Ricky McBride of Sardis, TennesseeMrs. Austin is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews
