Floyd Wayne Blackwood

Floyd Wayne Blackwoodwas born in Crump, Tennessee on February 22, 1936 the son of the late Paul Edward and Pauline Audrey Mills Blackwood.He was a member of Mt. Bethel United Methodist Church of Lauderdale County, Alabama and had worked for Reynold's Alloy before retiring. He liked football and baseball. He loved his family, friends, and farming.Mr. Blackwood departed this life on Saturday, December 26, 2009 at the age of 73 years, 10 months, 4 days.He is survived by a brother, Lloyd Blackwood and wife Lee of Rogersville, Alabama; 2 nieces, Pamela Raymond and husband J.D. of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, Ruth Vallejo and V.J. of Rogersville, Alabama; 1 nephew, David Blackwood and wife Diana of Rogersville, Alabama; 2 great nieces, Victoria and Hannah; 2 great nephews, Brandon and Darby.In addition to his parents, Mr. Blackwood was preceded in death by a sister, Mary Paula Blackwood.
