Forrest H. Wolfe departed this life on Tuesday, May 5, 2020, at the age of 65 years and 4 days. He was born in McNairy County, Tennessee on May 1, 1955, the son of the late James Carnell Wolfe and Bonnie Boleyn Wolfe. On January 24, 1975, he was united in marriage to Donna Mae Godwin, who survives.
Forrest had lived most of his life in Adamsville, Tennessee. He was originally from Sardis, Tennessee and had spent some time in Chicago, Illinois. Forrest was a member of the Cornerstone Baptist Church in Savannah, Tennessee and loved his church family. He enjoyed visiting with family and friends, and never met a stranger.
Forrest is survived by his wife of 45 years, Donna Wolfe of Adamsville, Tennessee; sons, Daniel F. Wolfe and his wife Adrain, and Isaac Paul Wolfe and his wife Nichole, all of the Leapwood Community in Adamsville, Tennessee; daughter, Madonna Bonee and her husband Justin of the Burnt Church Community in Savannah, Tennessee; grandchildren, Derrick Bonee, Layla Bonee, Lawna Bonee, Matthew Wolfe, Jacob Wolfe, Kara Jones, and Trevor Jones; sisters, Kathy Humphries and Vickie Johnson; and brother, James Quinton Wolfe.
In addition to his parents, Forrest was preceded in death by a son, Joshua Forrest Wolfe; sisters, Marlene Mooney and Arlene Wolfe; and a granddaughter, Emily Rose Wolfe.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
