Frances Freeman

Frances Freemanwas born in Davidson County, Tennessee on June 28, 1932 the daughter of the late Calvin Bruce and Mary Cassandra Austin Ross.On August 30, 1950 she was united in marriage to Alton Ray Freeman, who preceded her in death on July 11, 1986.Mrs. Freeman wrote the "Counce News" an article in the Savannah Courier. She was a member of the Counce First Baptist Church.Mrs. Freeman departed this life on August 22, 2009 at the age of 77 years, 1 month, 25 days.Mrs. Freeman is survived by 2 daughters, Denise Easter of Savannah, Tennessee and Shirley Miller of Stantonville, Tennessee; 3 grandchildren, Tara Lynn Easter Landis, Rhiannon Rae Easter, and Jyssica Cheyenne Nowlin; a great-grandchild, Josiah Landis.In addition to her husband and parents, Mrs. Freeman was preceded in death by a son, Alton Richard Freeman; a brother, Calvin Austin Ross, and a sister, Shirley Lois Robinson.
