Frances Harmon

Frances Harmon departed this life on Thursday, June 4, 2020, at the age of 87 years, 2 months, and 19 days. She was born in Hardin County, Tennessee on March 16, 1933, the daughter of the late Carl and Minnie Hunt Harville.

Frances was a beautician and a farmer. She enjoyed her time on the farm working with the livestock and any time she got to spend with her grandchildren. Frances was a member of the Souls Harvest Church in Savannah, Tennessee.

Frances is survived by her children, Travis Burks and his wife Linda, Donald Harmon and his wife Cindy, and Ebby Harmon, all of Savannah, Tennessee; brother, Otis Harville and his wife Linda of Savannah, Tennessee; sisters,Bobbie Aleva and husband Tom, Linda Reed and husband John, and Connie Steward, all of Savannah, Tennessee; 20 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, and 6 great-great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, Frances was preceded in death by her children, Oscar Burks and Jim Burks; brother, R.D. Harville; half brother, Harvey Harville; and half sisters, Velma Haynes, Ellene Franks, and Pauleen Stricklin.
