Frances Joyner Brumley was born July 23, 1935 in Tippah County, MS the daughter of the late William Watkins Joyner and Beulah Harris Joyner.
Mrs. Brumley departed this life on January 4, 2017 in Selmer, Tennessee at the age of 81 Years, 5 Months, 12 Days. She is survived by two daughters, Connie Lewis and husband Danny of Slayden, MS; Patricia Rickman and husband Wallace of Ramer, TN; two sons, Quitman Hopkins and wife Holly of Manchester, TN, Kevin Brumley and wife Lauren of Savannah, TN; two sisters, Minnie Martindale of Walnut, MS, Sandra Harder and husband Dan of Middleton, TN; three brothers, Billy Joyner and wife Sonya of Walnut, MS, Barry Joyner and wife Barbara of Middleton, TN, Larry Joyner of Middleton, TN; ten grandchildren, Chris, Crystal, Nina, Monica, Brandon, Wallace II and wife Mica and their son, Wallace III, Michaela, Mindy, Lacey, and Jacob; and a host of great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Brumley was preceded in death by a daughter, Nancy Pauline Hopkins; a son, Danny Wayne Hopkins; two brothers, Franklin Ray Joyner, Jerry Lee Joyner; brother-in-law, Carroll Martindale Sr.
