Frances Lenore Lawson

Frances Lenore Lawson departed this life on Thursday, August 22, 2019, at the age of 84 years, 7 months, and 7 days. She was born in Burnwell, Kentucky on January 15, 1935, the daughter of the late Floyd and Mary Preston Roberts. On May 9, 1952, she was united in marriage to Edward Lawson, who survives.

Frances was a homemaker and a member of the Savannah Church of God.

She is survived by her husband, Edward Lawson of Savannah, Tennessee; children, Pam Wilkes and her husband Ronald, Christy Harrison and her husband Steve, all of Savannah, Tennessee; grandchildren, Andy Talley and his wife Christy, Jonathan Wilkes and his wife Ashley, and Kevin Wilkes and his wife Missy; great grandchildren, Chelsea Brasher, Lacie Brasher, Tyler Grammill, Grace Wilkes, Brayden Wilkes, Sophia Wilkes, Madie Wilkes, Turner Wilkes, Harper Wilkes, Ander Talley, Addison Talley, and Acesyn Talley; great-great grandchildren, Eli Robinson and Emmett McFall; sister, Emogene Adkins of Savannah, Tennessee; and brother, Winston Roberts and his wife Brenda of Greenville, Tennessee.

In addition to her parents, Frances was preceded in death by grandchildren, Diane Brasher and Rhonda Talley; sisters, Ellawease Price and Peggy Jacobson; brothers, Boe Roberts, Harold Roberts, Garcie Roberts, and Herbert Roberts; and step mother, Myrtle Roberts.
