Frances Carline Martin

Frances Carline Smith Martin of Collinwood, TN was born October 6, 1919 in Waynesboro, TN, the daughter of the late Eunice Crefford Smith, Sr. and Ada Helton Smith. She was united in marriage to James Ross Martin, Sr. and he preceded her in death on October 16, 2004.Mrs. Martin was a hairstylist and homemaker . Mrs. Martin departed this life on March 17, 2013 at her home at the age of 93 Years, 5 Months, 11 Days.She is survived by two sons, James Ross Martin, Jr. and Charles Richard Martin and wife, Anita; grandchildren, Crystal Paige Martin Holt and husband, Kurt and Christopher Richard Martin; great-grandchildren, Kurtlyn Danielle Holt, Brody Allen Holt, and Kayden James Martin all of Collinwood, TN and nieces and nephews.In addition to her husband and parents, Mrs. Martin was preceded in death by a daughter, Stephanie Martin; a brother, Eunice Crefford Smith, Jr.; two sisters, Nadine Galloway and Arlene Smith, her twin who died as a baby.Services will be held on Wednesday, March 20, 2013 at 3:00 PM at Shackelford Funeral Directors Chapel, Collinwood, Tennessee with Junior Daniel officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Gardens, Collinwood, Tennessee with Shackelford Funeral Directors, Wayne County, directing.
