Frances Elizabeth Ramsey

Frances Elizabeth Ramsey was born on December 9, 1924 in McNairy County to the late Emmett and Maude Foster Davis. She was united in marriage to Howell Houston Ramsey who preceded her in death. She was a member of Selmer First Christian Church and was a homemaker.Mrs. Ramsey passed from this life on Monday, January 18, 2010 in Selmer at the age of 85 years, 1 month, and 9 days.Survivors are two sons, John Ramsey and wife Dale of Dyersburg, TN and Nelson Ramsey and wife Laverne of Selmer, TN; 8 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; a daughter-in-law, Debbie Ramsey.A host of other relatives and friends.Other than her parents and husband, Mrs. Ramsey was also preceded in death by a son, Bill Ramsey, a sister, Peggy Rankin, and two brothers, Junior Davis and Charlie Davis.
