Frances Taylor departed this life on September 30, 2018, in Morris Chapel, Tennessee at the age of 89 years and 22 days. She was born in Hardin County, Tennessee, on September 8, 1929, to the late Johnny and Ruby Lee Frazier Jackson. Frances was united in marriage on April 22, 1949, to Robert L. Taylor Jr., who survives.
Frances was a homemaker, and a devoted wife, mother, and friend. She was a life long resident of the Morris Chapel community and attended Love & Truth Church. She loved her God, her family, and her community. Frances had many talents, including how her flowers grew from her love and attention to them. Her biggest love was cooking for her family, or whoever was around, was welcome at her table. She was loved by all, and will be greatly missed.
In addition to her husband, Robert L. Taylor of Morris Chapel, Tennessee, Frances is survived by her sons, Mike Russell and wife Julia of Morris Chapel, Tennessee, Bob Taylor and wife Pam of Adamsville, Tennessee; daughter, Regina Dawn Taylor Claburn of Morris Chapel, Tennessee; grandchildren, Kirstie Ward McCormick and husband Terry of Adamsville, Tennessee, Jeremy Russell and wife Dezare of Crump, Tennessee, Chad Ward and wife Alana of Clarksville, Tennessee, Josh Russell and wife Mandy of Adamsville, Tennessee, Jenni Russell Moffett and husband Tony of Lexington, Tennessee, Chance Taylor and wife Audre of Adamsville, Tennessee, Chase Claburn of Livermore, Colorado, and Reilly Claburn of Clarksville, Tennessee; great-grandchildren, Dakota Russell, Colton Russell, Ethan Russell, Elle Cathrine McCormick, Samantha McCormick, Jackson McCormick, Avery McCormick, Maggie Ward, Hannah Russell, Leah Grace Russell, Ike Moffett, Lucas Moffett, Zane Taylor, Knox Taylor, and Quinn Taylor.
Along with her parents, Frances was preceded in death by a daughter, Che-Chee Ward and a brother, Price Jackson.
