FRANCES SHAW VANWOERDEN
Was born in Corinth, Mississippi on October 3, 1939 the daughter of the late Raymond D. and Ernestine Counce Shaw.
On October 21, 1961 she was united in marriage to Jerry L. VanWoerden, who survives.
Mrs. VanWoerden was a school teacher for 30 years in Memphis, Tennessee. She was a member of Pickwick United Methodist Church.
Mrs. VanWoerden departed this life on May 15, 2006 at St. Francis Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee at the age of 66 years, 7 months and 12 days.
Other than her husband, Jerry of Counce, Tennessee, she is survived by one daughter, Laura Jo VanWoerden of Memphis, Tennessee and one son, Jerry Lee VanWoerden, II of Memphis, Tennessee.
2 grandchildren, Victoria Lynn VanWoerden and Catherine Marie VanWoerden, both of Memphis, Tennessee.
2 sisters, Nancy Sue Shaw of Memphis, Tennessee and Jo Bridges of Bartlett, Tennessee.
