Services for Frank Lawson, 49, Florence will be 1:00 PM Thursday at Shackelford Chapel, Collinwood with Robert Marks officiating. Interment following in Roger's Chapel Cemetery with Shackelford Funeral Directors in charge of arrangements.Visitation will be Wednesday, 5:00-9:00 PM and Thursday, 10:00 AM until service time at the funeral home.Mr. Lawson, a lifelong resident of Florence, was a son of Riley Franklin and Ida Aquilla Vickery Lawson. Mr. Lawson died Monday, July 6, 2009 at Eliza Cofffee Memorial Hospital. He was a laborer at Southern Ready Mix for 12 years. He is survived by his wife, Vicki Brown Lawson; son Eric Franklin Lawson both of Florence; brothers, Danny Gene Lawson and wife Terrie of Iron City, Dennis Leon Lawson and Darryl Wayne Lawson both of Florence; sisters-in-law, Maxine Howard of Florence and Jennifer Lawson of Collinwood; parents-in law, Ray and Wanda Brown, Florence; several nieces and nephews.
