Fred Anderson departed this life on Sunday, November 27, 2016 at the age of 78 years, 5 months, and 2 days. He was born in Queens, New York on June 25, 1938 the son of the late Elmer and Lillian Nelson Anderson. On August 29, 1960 he was united in marriage to Brenda Carver, who survives.
Fred retired from the United States Navy. While in the Navy he was an Aviation Structural Mechanic.
He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Brenda Anderson of Savannah, Tennessee; daughter, Terri Anderson Ferrara of Savannah, Tennessee; grandson, Wayne Robert Harvey and wife, Amy Muscarnero Harvey; great grandchild, Cooper Joe Harvey; and sister, Grace Anderson Holcomb of New York.
No services will be held at this time.
