Gary "Trix" Brown was born on February 18, 1956, in Hardin County, Tennessee, the son of the late Clarence Hardin and Ella Katherine Murphy Brown.
Mr. Brown worked as a truck driver moving mobile homes for Clayton Homes in Savannah, Tennessee. He previously worked for A&G Transport and Williams Transport. "Trix" thought of himself as a Native American/Cowboy. He loved art and would often carve figurines out of wood and create his own arrowheads from flintrock. He was also a wonderful painter. Gary enjoyed dancing and was an excellent drummer. He was an amimal lover, master gardener, and skilled in martial arts.
Gary "Trix" Brown departed this life on June 11, 2026 in Columbia, Tennessee, at the age of 70 years, 3 months, and 24 days.
He is survived by his son, Bucky Brewer of Adamsville, Tennessee; sisters, Billie Clayton of Savannah, Tennessee; Rhoda Brown of Adamsville, Tennessee, Betty Bishop of Savannah, Tennessee, and Pat Brown of Golden, Mississippi; brothers, Michael Brown (Patsy) of Savannah, Tennessee and Dennis Brown (Mary) of Savannah, Tennessee; and 6 grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, Gary was preceded in death by his brother, Larry Hardin Brown and sister, Katherine Coroline Scott.
