Gary Dewayne Lewis, Sr. departed this life on Monday, December 9, 2013, at the age of 45 years, 8 months, 15 days.
Gary was born on March 24, 1968, the son of Ward Lewis and the late Betty Lewis. He had been employed with Pollock Printing in Nashville.
He is survived by son, Gary Lewis, Jr. of Adamsville, Tennessee; daughter, Crystal Lewis; granddaughter, Kyla Lewis of Adamsville, Tennessee; and his father, Pegram, Tennessee.
In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Morgan Moore.
