Geneva Ann Johnson departed this life on Monday, November 24, 2014, at the age of 72 years, 7 months, 20 days.
She was born in Chester County, Tennessee on April 4, 1942, the daughter of the late John Herman and Geneva Carlene Naylor Bishop. On February 4, 1961, she was united in marriage to Fred Johnson, who survives.
Geneva was a homemaker and a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church.
She is survived by her husband of 53 years, Fred Johnson of Adamsville, Tennessee; daughter, Tracy Elaine Johnson of Adamsville, Tennessee; brother, William "Bill" Bishop of Suffolk, Virginia; sisters, Bonnie Perkins and Betty Faye Bishop Rogers both of Henderson, Tennessee, and Patricia Gail Lewis of Adamsville, Tennessee.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Frederick Dean Johnson; brothers, John Hughie Bishop and Clifford Raye Melton.
