Gerald Hardiman Helton age 63, departed this life on Saturday, January 16, 2010, in Jackson, TN. He was born October 1, 1946, to Fred H. Helton and the late Bessie Maurine Carpenter Helton. He was a United States Army Veteran of the Vietnam War.Mr. Helton was a machinist with International Harvestor Company, a member of Maggie Jones United Methodist Church, and the Raleigh, TN Saddle Club.Survivors are his father and step-mother, Fred H. and Betty Helton of Bethel Springs, TN; two sisters, Janice Collins and husband Lewis of Savannah, TN, Marilyn Brimhall and husband Paul of Millington, TN; a brother, James "Jimmy" Helton of Adamsville, TN; nieces and nephews, Devan and Dakota Jaggars, Amber Pickett, Leslie Sewell, Michael, Paul and Eugene Brimhall, Ginger Hill and Candi Helton; great nieces and nephews, Cameron Busby, Madelyn and Gary Sewell, Alex Brimhall, and Chase Bermudez; and a host of other relatives and friends.
