Giles Kermit Landreth Giles Kermit Landreth was born on February 11, 1921, in Adamsville, Tennessee, son of the late Ohther and Vora Brewer Landreth. He was united in marriage to Jessie Wilson on April 12, 1947. Mr. Landreth was a U. S. Navy veteran, a retired construction worker and farmer. He passed from this life on Thursday, July 2, 2009, in Memphis at the age of 88 years, 4 months, and 21 days.Survivors are his wife of 62 years, Jessie Landreth; a daughter, Susan Hollingsworth and husband Bill of Adamsville; a son, Philip Landreth and wife Barbara of Bolivar, Tennessee; grandson, Jimmy Hollingsworth and wife Tina; a granddaughter, Nicole Floyd and husband Shannon; 4 great-grandchildren; a sister, Ouida Mae Lott of Adamsville; a brother, Lewis Landreth of Bolivar, Tennessee. A host of other relatives and friends.
