Gladys Helen Tatum Pulley Mrs. Gladys Helen Tatum Pulley of Waynesboro, TN departed this life on Saturday, June 2, 2012 at her residence at the age of 91 Years, 8 Months, 13 Days. She was born September 20, 1920 in Perry County, TN, the daughter of the late William Lee and Mattie Elizabeth Sharp Tatum. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Pulley was preceded in death by husband, Larkin Pulley; 2 infant sons; a grandchild, Sherri Renee Goodman; brothers, Ivory, Hardeman and James Clifford Tatum; sisters, Mae Tolor, Edith Casteel, Geraldine Wilson and Mary Verdie Crowe.
Mrs. Pulley was a homemaker and a member of the North Highland Church of Christ near Waynesboro, Tennessee.
She is survived by, daughters, Diane Goodman and husband, Rob of Clifton, TN, Susan Morton of Waynesboro, TN; grandchildren; Chris Goodman and wife, Teresa and sons, Mickey and Danny; Tammy Clark and husband, Steve and son, Hayden; Jeremy Morton; and Katrina Richardson and husband, Travis and son, Lemarcus; a sister, Ann Mitchell of Hermitage, TN; several nieces and nephews.
Services will be Monday, June 4, 2012 at 1:00 PM at Shackelford Funeral Directors Chapel, Waynesboro, Tennessee, with Cary Crews officiating. Burial will follow in the North Highland Cemetery, Waynesboro, Tennessee with Shackelford Funeral Directors, Wayne County, directing.
Pallbearers will be Willard D. Pope, Randy Pope, Roy Staggs, Dwight Pope, Michey Goodman, and Danny Goodman.
