Glona Jo "Lil Bit" Tilley Hollander

Glona Jo "Lil Bit" Tilley Hollander was born on January 17, 1958 in Hardin County, Tennessee, the daughter of the late James and Stella Mae Benson Tilley.

Glona loved dancing and listening to live music. She also liked to be outside and enjoyed tending to her flowers, fishing, and riding four wheelers. She loved animals, especially her dogs. Glona enjoyed spending time with her grandbabies and watching her son race dirt bikes and four wheelers.

Glona Jo "Lil Bit" Tilley Hollander departed this life on August 23, 2025 in Jackson, Tennessee, at the age of 67 years, 7 months, and 5 days.

She is survived by her son, Richard Anthony "Toby" Hollander of Tishomingo County, Mississippi; daughter, Samantha Jo Laird (Justin) of Tishomingo County, Mississippi; sisters, Wanda Steeley and Frances Tilley, both of Ranger, Georgia; grandchildren, Ryder Anthony Hollander, Todd Henry Hollander, Jameson Lane Laird, and Johnathan Darrell Laird; and best friend and partner, Thomas Parker of Danville, Alabama.

In addition to her parents, Glona was preceded in death by her sisters, Shirley Powell and Fannie Mae Tilley and brothers, Hershel Tilley, J.B. Tilley, Johnny Tilley, and Herby Tilley.
