Gloria Collins departed this life at her daughters home on Tuesday, February 6, 2018, at the age of 74 years, 6 months, and 16 days. She was born in Dyersburg, Tennessee on July 21, 1943, the daughter of the late Wilford Wayne and Flora Emma Pullum Cravins. On July 27, 1958, she was united in marriage to Robert Floyd Collins, who preceded her in death on October 1, 2005.
Gloria had lived in Hardin County most of her life and was a seamstress at Angelica. She enjoyed sewing, making baby clothes, and being with her family.
She is survived by her children, Timothy Floyd Collins, Johnathan Ray Collins, and Karena Dawn Collins, all of Savannah, Tennessee; grandchildren, Courtney Affarian, Ryan Keith Collins, Tyler Moore, Brandon Sparks, Hunter Chambers, Trevor Chambers, Mason Franks, Bradley Hunt, Crystal Scott, Stephanie Teixera, and Jackie Teixera; several great grandchildren; brother, David Cravins of Red Bud, Illinois; and sister, Karen Smith of Jackson, Tennessee.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Melissa Gail Collins; a son, Robert Keith Collins; a granddaughter, April Scott; brothers, Wayne Cravins, Jerry Cravins, Alan Cravins, and Donnie Cravins; and sister, Joyce Collins.
