Gloris Estelle White, 70, of Middleton, passed away Wednesday, January 20, 2010 at her home.
She was born March 20, 1930 in Haywood County to the late Luther Price Sterling and Hannah Young Sterling. She was an assembler at Dover Elevator at Walnut, Mississippi until her retirement in 1994. She lived most of her life in Hardeman County.
Survivors include a daughter, Karen Bumpus of Middleton; three sons, Charles, Tom, and Doug White, all of Middleton; a brother, Percy Watson of Little Rock, Arkansas; a sister, Barbara Milam of Brownsville; 8 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by a son, Jerry White.
