Grace Virginia Robinson

Grace Virginia Robinson was born March 11, 1926 in Hardeman County, TN the daughter of the late Henry Gordon Jacobs and Matilda Doles. She was a Homemaker. Mrs. Robinson departed this life on April 2, 2018 in Selmer, Tennessee at the age of 92 Years, 22 Days.

She is survived by three sisters: Virgina Miller of Searcy, AR, Connie Cornelius of Pleasant Hill, TN, Bonnie Veach of Middleton, TN; a brother, Henry Edward Jacobs and wife Linda of Finger, TN; niece and caretaker, Betty Mayes of Memphis, TN; and a host of other nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Robinson was preceded in death by her husband,Travis Robinson, he preceded her in death on December 5, 1997;and three sisters: Mary Pickard, Marie Green and Dorothy McCollum. Special thanks to nurses and staff of McNairy County Healthcare.

Vistation will be held on Thursday, April 5, 2018 from 11 am until services at 12 pm at Shackelford Funeral Directors in Selmer, Tennessee, with Jetta Forsythe officiating. Burial will follow in the Lake Hill Memorial Gardens at Bethel Springs, Tennessee.
